According to the Dairy Queen Facebook fan page, if you join the Blizzard Fan Club you'll receive 6 Buy One Get One Free Blizzard coupons throughout the year. The first coupon will be emailed to you shortly after you sign up, one will be sent as a free birthday treat, another on your fan club anniversary date and the other 3 will arrive at special times during the year.

By joining the Dairy Queen Blizzard Fan Club, you'll receive monthly emails containing new Blizzard treat promotions, flavor updates, contest announcements and more.

You must be 13 years or older and reside in the U.S. or Canada to join the club.
